Linda is a highly employed lecturer in subjects such as “The art of creating and driving a Performance Culture” and “How to link the values to the result”. Linda has 20 years of experience in communication, HR and education in the Stena sphere. Her most recent assignment was to bring Stena’s business philosophy and values to 22,000 employees worldwide on a direct assignment from Stena’s owner, Dan Sten Olsson. For the past two years, Linda has been the Director of Passion and part of Clarion Hotel’s management team. She has been responsible for the corporate culture and for making Clarion Hotel the Nordic region’s most attractive employer. Today she runs Culture Academy which offers lectures and training.
