Linda es una conferencista muy utilizada en temas como \u00abEl arte de crear y ejecutar una cultura de desempe\u00f1o\u00bb y \u00abC\u00f3mo conectar la base de valor con el resultado\u00bb. Linda tiene 20 a\u00f1os de experiencia en comunicaci\u00f3n, recursos humanos y capacitaci\u00f3n dentro de Stena Group. Su asignaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s reciente fue dar vida a la filosof\u00eda empresarial y la base de valores de Stena para 22 000 empleados en todo el mundo por encargo directo del propietario de Stena, Dan Sten Olsson. Desde hace dos a\u00f1os, Linda es Directora de Passion y parte del equipo directivo de Clarion Hotel. Ha sido responsable de la cultura corporativa y de hacer de Clarion Hotel el empleador m\u00e1s atractivo de los pa\u00edses n\u00f3rdicos.
